Centrifugal Pump
Corrosion-Resistant, Solid ANSI PTFE, Pumps Offer Reduced Lead Times, Lower Cost Compared with Metallic Counterparts
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Wanner Engineering Inc., introduces Stan-Cor PTFE, Series ANSI centrifugal pumps. These non-metallic ANSI pumps feature a solid PTFE, pump head for exceptional chemical compatibility and corrosion/abrasion resistance with fluid temperatures up to 325*F. They are designed specifically for pumping dirty, abrasive, corrosive and reclaim process fluids in any number of harsh, industrial applications. They provide total dynamic head to 90 feet and flow rates to 500 GPM.

Similar metallic ANSI pumps require high alloy content for corrosion resistance, making the Stan-Cor PTFE, Series up to 25% less costly. Additionally, the Stan-Cor PTFE, ANSI Series features lead-time of just five days, while comparable metallic pump lead-times can be as long as12 weeks.

Stan-Cor's Centrifugal Pump's cost-effective, rugged and compact design provides additional advantages over other centrifugal pumps. The concentric casing design provides superior flow patterns for less turbulence, longer seal life and reduced shaft deflection. A heavy-duty drive shaft and duplex contact thrust bearings ensure low maintenance and durable performance in the toughest fluid and high temperature applications.
